  • Peeling chemistry

Peeling chemistry uses materials containing glycolic or trichloroacetic acid. These substances can remove spots by peeling the skin. Side effects that may arise other than peeling skin include stinging, redness, swelling and hardening of the skin. During the healing period of the skin, you need to apply ointment, soak the skin, and take antiviral drugs.

  • Natural remedies

The success of natural medicine has not been proven medically, but there is no harm in trying it. Some natural ingredients, such as honey, lemon juice, yogurt, and onions, can be applied to relieve skin spots. But stop using if the skin is irritated.

No less important, try to avoid the skin from being exposed to direct sunlight. You can use sunscreen with SPF 15 or 30. Apply sunscreen for about 15 minutes before leaving the house, and apply again after sweating or swimming, or every 2 hours.
